Maître Judith HALFON is a general practitioner at the bar of Guadeloupe, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélémy. Her firm is located in Pointe-à-Pitre, she deals with banking law, insurance law, corporate law, real estate law, family law and labor law.

She intervenes in banking law for all matters relating to unpaid loans, payment incidents, civil liability, financing operations, debt collection.

She also advises you on insurance law in the event of disputes related to insurance contracts, claims such as fire, water damage, storm or even burglary, traffic accident, bodily injury, car insurance, home.
